Today’s board
In the morning we unload crates here, we don’t write menus. So we jot things down loosely, the way we talk. And the board writes itself alongside, while we type. Try it.
The owner’s notepad typed in 30 seconds, gloves on
“dish of the day: …”, “6 slices left” and “no more …” are understood. The Print button gives you the board on its own, to stick in the window.
Both sides are shown on purpose: that is the demonstration. On a real shopkeeper’s site, this notepad would be their private page: customers would only see the board.
Demonstration — nothing is sent anywhere, nothing is stored.
On the left, the only thing he still does. The rest writes itself.
The shop
The rest depends on the morning: that is exactly what today’s board tells you, above.
Orders
Everything is ordered by phone or at the counter, we understand each other better out loud. One rule only: give us enough notice.
Tell us how many you are and what you like. We put it together from whatever is good that week.
A dish for ten, a starter, a dessert. Cooked in our dishes, which you bring back next time you drop by.
You give us a budget, we fill the basket with what is genuinely worth it this week.
Sandwiches, salads, soup. We deliver on foot if you’re less than ten minutes away.
Bancontact or cash. No online ordering, and that suits us fine.
